CHIEF – A Young, Athletic Adult Gentle German Shepherd

Meet Chief, a German Shepherd with classic shepherd good looks and attributes.  Chief is an energetic and active 3 year old dog.  He is ready for adventure, hikes and any other fun activity he can do with his family.  Chief is very friendly meeting new people and enjoys new situations.  He has been exposed to youngsters and adults.

Chief is trustworthy in a home, but also trained to go into a crate.  Chief has had formal obedience training.  He is neutered, in excellent health and up to date on all his shots.  Chief can be indifferent to smaller animals on walks, but he prefers not to interact with other dogs.  He needs to be the only dog in the household.

Chief is in our owner referral program and available to families in the tri-state area, as well as eastern Pennsylvania.  Although we do not require a fenced in back yard, it would be preferred.  Because of his reactivity to dogs, we do require an owner that is experienced with large breed dogs.
