Syndee is a gentle and quiet female German Shepherd, waiting for a home where she can show off her playful and “snuggly” side.  Syndee loves car rides, especially if it leads to an adventure in the mountains.  She is 6 years old and her prior owner passed away.  The loss of owner has added to her shyness, so it takes a gentle touch for Syndee to relax around new people.

Once Syndee settled into her foster home, she become known as Syndee Bear and walk up and lay in the foster mom’s lap.  Syndee is housebroken and knows her basic commands.  She can walk nicely on a leash.  She has spent time and lived with larger dogs.  She is good with larger dogs, preferably male dogs, but does not do well with small dogs or cats.

Syndee would be great in a home with a relaxed easy going atmosphere.

If you are interested in adopting this sweet and gentle German Shepherd, please shoot us a request for more information at or fill out an adoption application form, which is the same as our foster form.
